What platform do you use for the lessons?
We like to use Microsoft Teams. Before each session, you will receive an email containing the link to your lesson. You will probably need to download Teams to your device to make things run smoothly. It's free for you.
What types of payment do you accept?
You can pay for your lessons on the website with your debit or credit card, or you can use Paypal. You will be prompted to do so each time you book a lesson. If you have any questions about payments, please get in touch with us.
How often should I have English lessons?
This will entirely depend on you. We would say it would be great for you to have at least a lesson a week just to help you progress gradually. If you leave too long between classes, chances are that you will forget a lot in the meantime and you will progress slowly.
Some students prefer doing all their language learning during classes and they are willing to take several lessons a week.
Others are happy to do lot of practice and homework on their own. They only require teacher's help for areas that they cannot practice alone, such as to improve their speaking skills.
Can you provide me with an invoice?
Yes, we can always issue an invoice for your lessons. As we are a UK-based business, our invoices include the following details:
-invoice number, date, payment due date
-tutor's name and our business' address
-name and address of your business (or your name)
-description of the service
-the amount being charged in GBP currency

Can I buy 60 min. long lessons?
Yes, absolutely. We offer 45 and 60 min. long private sessions. Just go to Book a Session and select "Private Session Xtra" if you would like to book a 60 min. session with us.
Is it possible to pay for my lessons in Hungarian Forint?
As we are a UK based business, we only accept payments in British Pound currency. Most of our students pay safely through our website using their credit or debit card, whilst others use their Paypal account to pay for their lessons.
